Our History: Mahder Foods was established in 2012 GC by an entrepreneur who transformed her struggles into a success story by solving everyday problems. Faced with the challenge of balancing work, school, and household tasks, Mahder saw an opportunity to introduce pre-cooked traditional Ethiopian sauces to the market. Despite initial resistance from a community that valued homemade preparations, Mahder began by selling individual ingredients to build trust. Her innovative approach led to the opening of a Tasting Centre in CMC Salite Miheret, where customers could see and taste the quality of her products.
